We are keen to ensure our corporate clients have all the facilities they need and expect, whether staying with us or hosting meetings and conferences.
Our complimentary WI-FI is available throughout the hotel and each of our bedrooms therefore enabling the business traveller to continue working after they return to the hotel. The majority of our bedrooms, and all of Oaklands Court, offer desks to ensure each business traveller has everything they expect from a hotel partner.
We have the ability to quickly access advanced equipment that might not be kept on site. We offer free WIFI Internet Access alongside the latest presentation equipment to hire, ranging from multi media projectors that work with your Power Point presentations to 55inch Plasma screens.
We also have access to video conferencing equipment from Picture Tel that runs on our ISDN line giving you access to anyone in the world. In addition we work with a local event company who can supply everything from sound systems to display boards.

Based on our experience of providing accommodation and acting as a venue for many different business purposes, we have put together specific packages all of which we are sure will meet your requirements. We pride ourselves on our expertise in tailoring packages to suit your exact needs and working closely with you in creating this.
When booking a conference or meeting with you will meet with either Elly (our Business Development Director) or Sarah (our Corporate Account manager) who will work closely with you in arranging your event. When you join us for your conference you will be met by your Host who will have been fully briefed on the timings and requirements of your event and of whom you will have a constant contact with during your time with us.
Your dedicated Host will meet and greet your delegates on arrival and will provide a full delegate briefing. They are responsible for ensuring your business event is a success.
We not only understand the needs of a business when selecting a venue to hold a conference but we also understand the essentiality of us managing the whole process for you. Our ethos is to take away the pressures and time involved in organising an event to leave you to concentrate on the business in hand.

We base our relationships with businesses on matching the needs of our clients to our offer. We take the time to speak meet with all of our clients to ensure we have a full and clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
Pricing Structures
Following on from meeting with potential corporate account holders we then start to look at pricing structures to ensure you receive the best rates at all times. Our understanding of your business lets us concentrate on pulling together an account that suits your needs. This includes discounted pricing for accommodation, conferences and meetings, and an added value package which is completely tailored to you as a business.
Account Management
Once we have completed the detail of your account, working closely with you, we then set up your account and agree payment terms. Elly, our Business Development Director, oversees all of our corporate account and she will assign an Account Manager who will be your one and only point of contact for everything – from accommodation to meetings to dinner reservations.
Statistical information can be produced for you if this is required. You will have regular meetings with your Account Manager and quarterly review meetings with Elly to ensure your account is consistently working for you.
