Conference and Banqueting Rooms
All of our business rooms were redecorated in 2008, reflecting the overall refurbishment throughout the ground floor of the Oaklands.
We have four function rooms available for hire; The Garden Lounge, The Yare Suite, The Cedar Room and The Oak Room dependent on the type of function you wish to host and the number of people likely to attend.
Yare Suite
Our largest business room is called the Yare Suite, and is a large comfortable room with an excellent view of the hotel gardens; It also features a built in projector screen and sound system, along with an exclusive bar for providing refreshments.
The room has a large capacity able to comfortably accommodate up to 100 people. If the room is too spacious for a small group it can be divided into two smaller rooms via a sliding wall; the Suite is then divided into two rooms, the Oak Room and the Cedar Room.
Cedar Room
With its own entrance from the car park, private bar and toilet facilities, this room is ideal for small training courses and seminars, as well as private luncheons and dinners.
Oak Room
Slightly larger than the Cedar Room and accessible from with in the Hotel. Enjoys excellent views over the garden, with access onto our patio through French doors.
Garden Lounge
Through the main lounge area, a pleasant room for small meetings and private dinner parties, with direct access to the gardens and terrace through patio doors.
Lodges
Our luxury lodges offer the perfect setting for more intimate meetings in private surroundings.
