Wedding Ceremonies at The Oaklands
The Oaklands Hotel has a fully approved licence to perform wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships. This means that we can provide a complete service which caters for all needs and requirements on your special day.
To ensure your ceremony runs smoothly your dedicated wedding co-ordinator is present throughout to oversee all aspects of the service, assisting your guest and arranging the music.
Wedding ceremonies can take place in the following rooms:
- Yare Suite (up to 150 guests): £250
- Garden Lounge (up to 50 guests): £150
Please note that the above fees are for the use of the function rooms only and do not include the actual ceremony fees, these costs are separate and can be made payable directly to the registrar.
Ceremonies can be performed at 10.00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 4:00pm seven days a week. In order to book the services of the registrar, the bride and groom must contact them direct on 01603 767600.
